We have a lot of people walking their dog in our neighborhood sometimes they run around loose, but they are all friendly. We have a park close by which has a nice trail. "

Property taxes are reasonable compared to Roseville (they have extra bonds etc.), and SMUD electricity saves compared to PG&E. There are two parks within a 5 minute walk.
