Credit score must be 630 or above. No pets. Property is located near 25th and cermak so there is a bus stop walking distance the I 290 is driving distance 10 minutes to jump on

Owner pays water. Tenant pay electric and heating bill. No smoking allowed 3 people max. 6 months lease if everything goes well lease will be extended another 6 months. 1 parking spot is available for tenant. If you loose key do not try to jam something in there the door is brand new. There will be a 40 dollar fee if key is lost. No pets allowed. We do require tenant to have a 630 or above credit score.
