This school has been absolutely wonderful since day 1. My two daughters experience here at Bangor Central has been such a positive one! The Teachers Mrs. Bierlein, Ms. Coder, Mrs. Zacharko, & Mrs. Taglauer are the best of the best. Each day this group of teachers go above & beyond to make sure the kids are doing their best, and learning so much. My 5 yr old daughter is reading 40 page books thanks to how wonderful of a teacher Mrs. Zacharko is. I Love this school.

The amount of gun threats at this is ridiculous. And the staff does nothing about it. The kids are just being suspended and returning back to school still making threats with weapons.The amount of bullying and vaping that occurs here along with sexual misconduct among students puzzles me while this school and/or principle is still working.There's sexual harassment inside this school. Drugs tobacco and weapons. The kids have free range to wander from school to school seeing how the high schoolers come to the middle school for classes and vice versa. We've had several meetings to assure my kids would be safe and not one staff member can assure that for us as parents. The principle let's the meetings for change feel like a personal attack on her, and then refuses to discuss matters with you. You're kids are not safe here. Kids with disabilities get made fun of. The kids run the school. Not the staff. AVOID

I like the layout of the building, I personally think it’s got a lot of work to do though as I feel like bullying isn’t enforced well and bullies get away with things all the time. I also feel like the school only takes one persons opinion and gives write ups to people without enough evidence to support why the person should be in trouble. I also feel like with the amount of threats to the school we should have Atleast 2 officers because in a case of a shooting the shooter would target and officer first. The learnings okay not the best but it gets the job done. NWEA also isn’t the greatest since it feels a bit too boring to get accurate results and I end up fake answering questions or sleeping because the test material is so boring. Bullying isn’t too bad though since most kids at the school are nice to one another and get along. Depending on the teacher learning can be enjoyable. I wish the teachers could put more personality into there rooms other than just English or math posters. Overall the school has its flaws but it isn’t terrible so 6.5/10
