Home will be shared with one female. -Townhome is 1700 ft., 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Downstairs there's wood-like tile flooring and carpet upstairs. The room for rent is spacious, with west facing window, so the breeze is wonderful. The bathroom is good size and just adjacent from the room. The room can be partly furnished or unfurnished.
-Full size laundry room upstairs w/ utility sink, two car attached garage to be shared and has EV hook up. Also, a tankless water heater.
-Downstairs is an open concept family room, kitchen and eating area, and a half bath. The front of the townhome has a wrap-around fenced yard with amenities needed for small gatherings just to entertain or have a full on bbq. All general areas are all to be shared and enjoyed.
-The Agave at the Reserve Community has a beautiful large heated pool, Jacuzzi, a large gym, well manicured lush grass, plants and shade trees and many walking trails around the entire Reserve area. Close to Calavera Lake, shopping and restaurants.
-I am looking for a female or male, preferably a professional who is respectful, trustworthy, communicative, clean, tidy, and considerate a person who will appreciate a peaceful and serene atmosphere in a home, so relaxing after a long day will make it easy to recharge.
No smoking, drugs or heavy drinkers. Dogs under 50lbs, will be considered. Preferably hypoallergenic and non-shedding.
Must pass credit and background check. Rent is $1700/mo +deposit, utilities included with the monthly rent, including the internet. Twelve month lease. Available now.

I'm in my 50's, work FT outside the home and I have no pets. I enjoy hiking, the ocean air, my beach cruiser, kayaking, gardening, Pilates and spending time people I love. I go to an occasional happy hour and also just chilling at home

The biggest con is the principal, Julie Redfield. She allows her teachers to get away with discriminatory behaviors towards students even when their are documented witnesses and the teachers own written account. Parents are not considered partners, rather she is dismissive of any concerns raised. Students with differing beliefs, medical issues, and anxiety are not accommodated.l as she does not prioritize the needs of the individual student. When educators stop caring about kids, its time to retire. However, Calavera fails to achieve any of this. Our child faced persistent bullying, harassment, and even assault. The staff took no action whatsoever in response to these incidents. It reached a point where she was so fearful that she preferred to stay in the classroom during lunch rather than eat with her peers. The administration appears to prioritize political activism and protests over the education and safety of the students, which is quite unreasonable for children at such a formative age. Additionally, there is a significant issue with drug use and vaping on campus, and once again, the staff seems indifferent. The principal appeared particularly nonchalant about the concerns we brought to her attention.Parent Review3mo ago
