Ample parking in front and back. Quiet neighborhood, halfway between downtown and the beach. Walk to river, Tubby's, Tortuga's, Savannah State University, etc. Close access to Daffin Park and Truman Parkway. Less than 2 miles to Memorial and Candler Hospitals.

References will be required. Pets will be considered. Up to $250 nonrefundable pets deposit if accepted.
