Description

The unit is scheduled to become available on July 17th, 2026. It is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on the upper-level. The tenant is responsible for an additional monthly $40 utility fee.*Please note that the photos provided might be of a similar unit in the same building for reference*

We are pleased to inform you that we welcome both dogs and cats in this property; however, there is an associated fee of $50 per animal per month, with a limit of two pets. Please be aware that specific restrictions may apply.

The rental package includes essential services such as lawn maintenance, snow removal, and garbage collection. There is coin-operated laundry located in the basement for tenant use.

A one-month security deposit is required at the time of lease signing to secure the tenancy. Deposits cannot be accepted until after an application has been submitted and approved, and a showing has been completed. Please note: no unit is held until a showing has been completed and a deposit has been received.

To complete the application, we require proof of identification, proof of Social Security number, and 34 most recent pay stubs. We offer one-year lease terms, and each adult must submit a separate application.

Walking distance to near by shopping. Neighbors are friendly. By far the best neighborhood that my 4 kids have lived in. We love love love Eau Claire in general. Trust me....we've had to move to different states a lot for my husbands job. I told my husband I want to stay here until all our kids are out on their own. This neighborhood gets an A+ rating from this family."
