Welcome to Waycross & 311 Pendleton Street the address of Pondview Inn & Fine Dining. We have enjoyed the restaurant since 1996. The suites above were added in 2004. Many of the corporate entities use their services when they have salesman or physicians stay over for several days. Some of the rooms are on a longer lease and others are as needed. The restaurant downstairs is a favorite of in-town & out-of-town residents. We have all celebrated special occasions & enjoyed exceptional meals. There is an excellent wine selection as well as beer from all over. The restaurant is operational year around four nights a week. The owner has just purchased plates and silver for catering for a larger crowd. Pondview will close for private parties given enough time to notify its regular patrons. Reservations are recommended, not required...Join us in looking into this great working opportunity. Only the owners few personal effects will be removed.     "Hampton Ave/Dresden St and Blackshear Ave are very busy roads. People tend to fly down these roads. If you have pets that roam freely without a fence or a leash, I wouldn’t live on these particular roads. Everywhere else is fine. The neighborhood is doggie friendly as in there are lots of dog people living here and the dogs are friendly as well. There are a few houses with chickens so caution if your dog likes chickens . Lol 😂 Cat, foxes, bunnies, an occasional deer and so forth cross into your yard from time to if you don’t have a fence. All friendly though. "
