This mainstay of Purcellville~s landscape is aptly named after its longest residents, Thomas and Naomi Hatcher, who resided in the home for forty years. The home is bustling with architectural character and is situated upon a half-acre private lot yet is effortlessly accessible to downtown living. Just blocks from restaurants, shops, the library, and the W&OD trail. The large inviting front porch beckons you to sit a while and is an ideal parade viewing location. It is full of original time period details depictive of the Arts and Crafts Movement including blown glass windows, built-in cabinetry, bulls eye corner trim and fluted molding over doors and windows, heart of pine wood flooring on both levels and a walk up attic with plenty of storage or renovation potential.
