This beautiful property is situated on a quiet street and offers breathtaking ocean views, providing the perfect setting for a relaxed and luxurious coastal lifestyle. As you enter the home, you'll be impressed by the grand staircase, high ceilings, large windows, and an abundance of natural light. The upstairs living room is an open floor plan with nearly a dozen windows looking out towards the ocean. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, with high-end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample storage space. The adjacent dining area is ideal for hosting dinner parties or enjoying a casual meal with loved ones. The home's four bedrooms are split equally between the first & second floor, each boasting its own unique charm and personality. On the upper level is the master suite, bedroom, and full bathroom. The master bedroom is a true retreat, complete with a spacious walk-in closet, spa-like en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony that offers stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. The lower level of the home features two additional bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an oversized bonus room perfect for media, guests, or a home gym. Located down the right side yard is a private and self contained guest unit (ADU) with its own bedroom, living area, kitchen, and full bath.

The home's wraparound balcony is another highlight, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding hillsides. Located in the heart of Shell Beach, this home is just steps away from the beautiful beaches and parks, as well as the area's best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. With its stunning design, luxurious features, and prime location, and additional in-law unit, this property is the perfect coastal retreat for those seeking the ultimate in beachside living. "People aren’t respectful about keeping distance when you’re walking their dog and you’re walking yours. I personally will walk up a driveway or cross to the other side of the street with my dog to be safe. Others just kinda walk up on you out of no where. Many don’t clean up after their dogs. Tourists are everywhere with their dogs often blocking sidewalks and not moving for long periods of time. "
  • Jhh5zg7wqg
"2 min walk to downtown, a lot of noise due to tourism on the weekends. Pretty annoying especially late at night "
  • Jhh5zg7wqg
"This is downtown near bars and stores and beach is 1/4 mile away. If I had kids I would live farther from downtown. "
  • Kelsea W.
"Like: Dog owners would love this neighborhood so many small parks and sidewalks. Not like: nothing not to like. "
  • Dina C.
"It’s very walkable. Close to the beach, hiking, and the local elementary school. Homes are pricey. Rents can be expensive."
  • Donna D.
"During summer there are movies nights and music at the parks. Fourth of July is crazy fun at the pier and the fireworks are spectacular."
  • Suzan
"just passing through ,too expensive to live but would love to live here sets some roots for my grand kids "
  • Christopher P.
"Lots of outdoor spaces for dogs to explore!! Great water ways for dogs that love to swim. Great trails for walking dogs. "
  • Cheryl N. H.
"Lots of dogs and they’re allowed on the beach which is wonderful. Haven’t seen any unattended droppings and everyone seems kind of friendly but mostly tourist."
  • Donutsprinkles
"We drove in from Los Angeles. So we originally used valet to park our car once we got here. Once we got here we pretty much walked everywhere because our hotel is right by the pier which is centrally located to everything we wanted to do. While the sidewalks are busy with foot traffic there doesn’t seem to be issues with traffic or places to park. I was told by a bartender that Pismo Beach does not have public transportation. He said the people on staff park far away and use scooters to commute the rest of the way. "
  • Miki
"Pismo Beach is a great place to live! We’ve been here four years and love how safe & clean the community is and how friendly our neighbors are. The close proximity to San Luis Obispo is a big plus too! Lots of local events that are family friendly and terrific fireworks display each 4th of July! Only complaints are how crowded neighborhood streets are from tourism in the summer months and the fact power seems to go out almost every time it rains. "
  • Mikaela C.
"We love that we can easily walk into town and enjoy major events like the June Car Show or 4th of July, but we enjoy living far enough from the pier that we don’t deal with vacation renters or tourists on a daily basis. The town is fairly well kept, although the roads definitely need improvement. Weather is pleasant year round and neighbors are friendly. Most of the town sees very little crime, but that increases during the major tourist season of April - September. We’ve enjoyed living here for almost 4 years, but this is not where we will stay forever. Overall, would recommend this community for older people (we’re 30 and feel way too young for this town) or anyone looking for small-town beach living. "
  • Jamie D.
"We are close to the beach. There are nice neighbors surrounding us. The church across the street is nice to look at and has a special walking path, open to the neighborhood. "
  • Jenn
"The neighborhood that we live in is mostly retired individuals, second home visitors and tourists. Not a good place for young families with children"
  • Karwintom
"My wife and I have only lived in Pismo Beach for six months and our house was broken into after two months. But the Pismo Beach police were terrific, very competent and recovered some of the stolen items. We like our neighborhood, although we find it a bit odd that there are so many houses with renters living there."
  • Mercer_susan
"Great weather! We visit here but live in Fresno. We come as often as possible as we own a timeshare in a RV Park. "
  • Debbieeastom
"i live close enough to downtown Pismo Beachbbut far away from the tourist crowds few blocks from the beach "
  • Gary F.
"Live here and the area is close to everything , sports, entertainment, beach, shopping, great parks and great neighbors.."
