About this House

There are several 3 bedroom homes in Ozark under 200 grand, but very few are on a 1 acre lot with large mature trees and this kind of location. Honestly, the setting is beautiful. And did I mention it also has a three car attached garage and a detached shop/workshop? Inside, along with the three bedrooms there are 2 full baths with the master bath having both a jetted tub and a walk-in shower along with his and her vanities. Plus between the master bedroom and bathroom you will find a walk-in closet and a small space just big enough for a private desk or a dresser. The kitchen has lots of cabinets with an electric stove, a dishwasher, a built in microwave and a garbage disposal. There is also bar seating that looks into the kitchen and an area that could be used for breakfast dining or a kitchen sitting area. On the other side of the kitchen towards the garage is the utility room that is equipped for either a gas or an electric dryer. The living room is nice sized with a gas fireplace and you'll also find a formal dining area. Back outside, the house sets off the road a bit to provide privacy and in the backyard there is a patio area and plenty of land if a person wanted a garden area. Seriously, with a few personal touches this could be the shiny penny everyone is looking for.
