Description

Close to everything! Perfect for job relocation, traveling medical personnel, or people dealing with housing transitions (sold house, insurance claim repair, etc.). This terrace level 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo starts with amazing location and is extremely cozy and comfortable. The living room area has plenty of seating and stylish furnishings that opens into a dining area. The kitchen supports cooking meals and opens into the dining area and living room, making it an open floorplan in the living spaces. The bathroom is located through the hallway, and the bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, dresser, night stands, and other cozy amenities.

This property is furnished, has high speed internet, electronic door access, local TV channels and smart TV access. Includes countless kitchen / cooking supplies designed for someone who may want to prep meals at home but has the convenience of many great nearby restaurants. Beautiful condo with a private terrace level unit facing a serene, park-lie setting. The main living space offers tile flooring throughout with comfy rugs for a relaxing stay!

The Space: The condo sits on the terrace level (lower level - backside of the townhome / condol unit) and has a patio sitting area that opens to green space. Parking is plentiful in the Georgetown complex and is just a short walk from the parking lot to the terrace condo. The master bedroom features a queen bed, large dresser and mirror, two nightstands and lamps, with a double sliding door closet for additional storage. The bathroom is just down the hall making it convenient for access from the living area (kitchen, dining, living room area) or the bedroom. The kitchenette area features cabinets and drawers that are stocked with cooking and dining utensils, a variety of appliances, and all the necessities. The condo includes refrigerator / freezer, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, and garbage disposal. The dining area has a table with four chairs, so hosting people for dinner or spreading out to get work done is no problem. The living room features two loveseats, a larger sitting chair, a variety of tables and bookshelves, and a smart TV with a firestick. The front door has a smart lock so it is easy to access with simple code entry.

Since this is part of the Georgetown community, understand there are other residents living there so noise levels may vary, but generally, the area is a peaceful space. A laundry room is located nearby for washing and drying clothes (unit does not have its own laundry) and the community also has tennis courts and a pool.

Property owners live relatively close by and can be reached easily with questions or for support.

This is a furnished property with utilities included (water, electricity, internet). Requires 6-month lease term but owner has flexibility around move-out and understands changing nature of job situations and need for ability to add on additional time / extend rental or potential need to shorten expected duration.

Background / credit check will be needed for all on lease. Deposit and amount of rent (first month, last month) will be determined based on duration of lease.

  • Francis Davis
"I've lived and worked in Virginia Highlands for almost 50 years, renovating houses, apartments and building houses. It's been a great ride watching all the changes, in housing shifts and demographics. I'm not sure if I could think of a better or safer place to be. "
  • Tzsp8p89zg
"I work on the battery by the stadium. It’s great, I never drive more than 30 minutes in heavy traffic. With no traffic it only takes me 13 minutes!"
