"They would like the trails and the dog park they would all like the poop bagel that the city provides and some people are friendly. The this that they would like is that some people don’t pick up after there dogs and just let them roam the streets unattended."

"Easy access to multiple major highways. Current commute to Fort Worth is about 20-25 minutes. There’s usually rush hour traffic but it’s not too bad. "

"The ladies in the neighborhood get together once a month for games and socializing. The yards are very well maintained, neighbors look out for each other and watch your home when you go out of town. It is very quiet with only one way not and out of the neighborhood there is very little traffic. "
