We have extremely elegant 3 bedroom apartment homes available at Lalique featuring many upgrades. At Design Homes we are a custom home builder and the quality of our homes shows through into our finely crafted apartments. Our 3 bedroom units feature upgraded new carpeting, custom wood cabinetry, ceramic tile flooring, ceiling fans, walk in closets, fire places, cathedral ceilings, and many other upgrades. The square footage on the 3 bedroom floor plan is 1300 square feet. Also at Lalique Point, we include all of your utilities in your rent except for electric. Our 3 bedrooms are $795 per month. We have a special that prevents you from having to pay a whole months rent as a deposit. Instead the deposit is only a fully refundable $300. We also do NOT charge an application fee as well.

    "I have lived in Grafton Hill for 9 years and have no problem recommending it. I love how close I am to the water where I often see kayakers and people fishing. I also love how walkable the area is as I no longer own a car (by choice) and I walk 5-6 days weekly, 4-6 miles per day for exercise. Only one mile from Downtown Dayton and I have always felt safe."
