Emergency and safety features include smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, and double walled firewood ash container.

Circular driveway and off-street parking. On school bus route. Next to State Park and walking trails. Access to highway on all-weather street. Private mailbox. Trash pickup. Owners live onsite.
