      "At 421 Fountain St we enjoy walking downtown for dinner or to grab a cup of coffee. The neighbors are great, this is a very friendly multi-generational neighborhood. The yard is mature and private - there is a vacant lot next door and our extra lot provides space between our other neighbor's house. No sidewalk to shovel!"
