Gas, electric, sewer, water, garbage, recycling and Internet ALL included in utilities price of $200 (may be slightly higher for 2 or 3 people depending on use).

No smoking anything on property. Vaping is ok. Well-cared-for pets who get along with our cats are welcomed if renters are home enough to care for them.
