  • Anthony John Cucchi III
"It’s a lot of younger families and very diverse. It has changed a lot over the years, but it’s still a nice home. "
  • Lacee Matue
"Bad area. No sidewalks. Too much traffic. Not friendly people in the neighborhood. HOA is crazy. Rent is high "
  • Pattersonann09
"The HOA per fees that they charge. Also, not a lot of places to walk your dog. Lots of sidewalks and road but little grass"
  • Carmen Bradley
"Great place to stay and safe short term and long turn. I highly recommend anyone to say here. Close to shopping and attractions "
  • viviana d.
"Spectacular community, respectful and quiet community, I was very happy to live there with my family."
  • Khegg75
"There are not sidewalks in our neighborhood. It is a gated community but without sidewalks it is difficult for children to go outside and play anywhere but in their backyards. There are no pubic pools here for the children to swim and there are no playgrounds nearby. "
  • Yqdg7qhfch
"Horrible commute anywhere. 2 miles takes 20 minutes during peak travel times. The lights are poorly timed so you often get stopped up. The communities often only have one entrance and exit that get backed up as well. Very little side roads"
  • Kathleen walkin
"I see dog owners worth walking their dogs many times it’s a friendly neighborhood, dog friendly, and never had an issue"
  • Lakeeta
"We haven’t had any events here yet but it would be nice to start having. Potlucks or events for the kids would be great"
  • Stephanie Gonzalez
"Things are still pretty far from me but I’ve gotten used to it. Love the area and the neighborhood. "
  • Dianne Causey
"I’m retired but traffic is heavy as Davenport is quickly growing. There’s a lot of construction on the roads and highways which when completed will alleviate our traffic issues, but I feel like I have a little slice of heaven here."
  • Joanleah51
"I think there are some communities here that are very safe and they are are things that as parents you can get to as far as shopping is concerned"
  • Joanleah51
"you see people walking their dogs daily . there are areas for dogs to walk, but they are not necessarily dog parks."
  • Jeremy Goodwin
"The dog owners would definitely appreciate the fact that there are clean sidewalks, friendly neighbors, and being able to do it quickly because traffic is not bad in this neighborhood."
  • Trulia User
"Some don’t pick up after their pups, space to walk their dogs, there are pick up stations available "
  • Edgarcastillac
"Great and grow area, schools, restaurants, markets, access, near to tampa 40” and Orlando area too 30”. "
  • Jluvleelo11413
"It’s great! It’s spacious and respectful. Gives you a great peace of mind. Dogs are well cleaned up after"
  • Benjaminjoelgomez
"For the essentials the commute is great but traffic can change the length of time for drastically for the same distance that used to be a short trip. It has its ups and its downs. "
  • Hofeditz1976
"I don’t have a commute! If you have to get on the highway, traffic can be very bad sometimes of the day. "
  • Leonardmachado
"There are several parks and is great for living a peaceful life. Also is a gated community and safe at night! "
  • MAURIZIO P.
"Quite NEIGHBOUR and very clean with many green areas and a beautiful clubhouse that contains everything you may posso desire from the large pool to the tennis courts, gym and restaurant and a beautiful golf corse. In addition there is a lot of walking trails that allows for relaxing walks and pets enjoyment to the very best. Overall a great environment and absolutely well worthwhile HOA fees of only 129 dollars monthly. Finally, no CDD and reasonable tax rate for the many services rendered. "
  • Unspecified
"Lots of dogs and people walking their furry friends... ....... very nice neighborhood for pet owners "
  • Katiria D.
"My commute to downtown is pretty far and the reception is horrible! Ive had to memorize the route because my navigation does not work. However, the scenery is breathtaking; open landscape, golf courses, cattle, horses and amazing sunsets!"
  • Mandyabjanich
"lots of kids for trick or treating on Halloween, and during the holidays lots of Christmas lights go up"
  • Jacero
