Beautiful 3 bedroom 1 bath Craftsman home 2 blocks from downtown Pittsburg. This home has all the charm and character of a home built in 1914. Hardwood floors , built-in cabinets with glass doors, picture frame moldings and a wood burning fireplace. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans and window mounted A/C as well as the living room. The kitchen is spacious with a separate nook for a large dining table. Off the kitchen is a large utility room with hook ups for an electric dryer and washing machine as well as storage.
The location is great, just steps to downtown with it's new shops and restaurants.
This home does not have a garage. Plenty of street parking is always available.

When looking for a good school or before your kids start at any school, look at the office and the office staff. is it clean, well organized, do they communicate with one another, are they hard at work when you walk in, do they greet you right away? most importantly is the principal available?if you dont see any of these then you will know how the principal will be. not very good. if the principal is in a meeting that obviously means they are possibly doing their job, at least we hope. alot of kids in the office crying or in line to see a nurse, sent to the office by teachers. gossiping staff. rudley speaking in another language to one another when not helping a spanish speaking person not cool. anyways you shoulf for sure not go to this school. personal experience worst school in pittsburg due to it "leader"
