LARGE YARD; LANDLORD TAKES CARE OF THE LAWN MAINTENANCE. $500 SECURITY DEPOSIT + $250 PROPANE DEPOSIT PLEASE NOTE: HOME DOES NOT HAVE BATHTUB, ONLY A LARGE SHOWER STALL. AS WITH MANY OLDER HOMES, IT HAS VERY LITTLE CLOSET SPACE. VERY QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD. Electric bill typically runs around $75 except in the summer depending on how much the Air Conditioner is used. Water averages $30 or so a month and Garbage Service is around $25 monthly. Propane is only used for the Furnace for heat. Past renters have only had to fill the tank about once a year. The last tenants had to fill the tank twice but one of the occupants was home all day and kept the home quite warm! Propane take holds 200 gallons. HVAC has programmable thermostat and there is a timer on the Hot Water Heater. Using both of these can reduce your electric bill substantially. In addition, 99% of the light bulbs are LEDs which use very little power. We have also just added more insulation to the attic as well as a solar-powered attic vent which operates when the sun is out that removes quite a bit of heat from that space which helps on cooling costs. The living room, bonus room, and dining room, as well as both bedrooms have built-in USB chargers which can be used to charge your cell phone or other electronic devices. Each window has tasteful blinds for privacy. Landlord will supply air filters for the HVAC as well as the water filter when needed. Ceiling Fans in Master Bedroom, Living Room ; Family Room. Whole-house surge protector. The house is located on the bus route of both the Harrison & Alpena Public Schools. The home is legally in the Alpena district. We've had renters who have sent their children to either district. DIRECTIONS: TAKE ARK HWY 392 (CAPPS ROAD) APPROXIMATELY SIX MILES TOWARD BATAVIA. RIGHT BEFORE YOU ENTER BATAVIA IS ESTES ROAD. TURN RIGHT ON ESTES, THEN IN ABOUT 500 FT, TURN LEFT ON MARTHAS RD. FOURTH HOUSE ON RIGHT.

Parent involvement, community support, a strong and dedicated faculty and staff and some of the finest students are here in Harrison. My children were all very much prepared as they moved to the next grades and then to high school, and then to college.
