About this House

This house has a wonderful layout that has to be seen. The bed rooms are a good size for a small family of 4 or so. It has a nice size backyard with an 8'X33' covered porch. Concrete walkways down both sides of the house plus on the RV parking side of the house it goes all the way to the back wall. Monthly utilities cost around $150 to $200 pending on the time of year. Great neighborhood with friendly people. There is a street lamp by the mailbox keeping the front well lit and from the time this house was built in 1984 has never been broken into. Security doors have been added but it was mostly for because I don't like screen doors and it's a add feeling of safety.
