For outdoor activities you can enjoying the Lakes, Melbourne Beach 30 minutes, Cocoa Beach 45 minutes, Daytona racing one hour, and from one-half hour to an hour Amusement Park, Florida Mall and the Prime Outlets. It is a beautiful place surrounding of nature.

The monthly payment included the utilities. Renters are responsible for the internet and the cable tv, landlord can provide for an extra charge. The outdoor kitchen, pool and playground is share with another tenant. Tenants are responsible to maintain the outdoor kitchen clean after each used. Tenant is responsible to maintain the house in good condition. No smoking. Only the person listed in the lease can live the property. It is one year lease and can be cancel any time if tenant stop making the monthly payment or do not follow with the terms of the lease. Not pet allow.
