3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe counselors at this school need to do better. My son was verbally threatened today and told oh, kids just say stuff sometimes. NO. A verbal threat is a threat and my son does not feel safe at this school. He was called numerous slurs today by his ex girlfriend and her older sister and told these girls' brothers will come to our home to beat him up. I said I'm pulling him out for homeschool (we were planning on that for his last 2 years because of how terrible this school is and him being threatened today and previously by another student) and was told that's not recommended. If my child does not feel safe, I'm not keeping him there plain and simple. She was condescending, smug, and rude. They will drag their feet and make excuses. No matter how many times you ask for a iep or anything else they will make up an excuse or drag their feet.
