About this House
Rough shape, needs a lot of love, great lot.
Home does not have working electrical or any plumbing.
Electrical is updated with 100 Amp service and new wiring. The house had a tree hit it a year or so ago and cause damaged to the roof.
The inside needs work but the foundation in my opinion looks solid. The roof needs to either be fixed if you know what your doing or it needs to be replaced.
Home is 24' x 24', with first level down to studs, the second floor is in various stages of demo to studs.
Appears to have white oak flooring but a few repairs and some TLC will be needed.
This is being sold in AS IS condition, with the value being placed on land and the possibility of lifting the "orange tag" with a state inspector or residential structural engineer verifying the homes structural integrity. Home appears to have its integrity but does have the damaged roof from a tree. Damage is contained to the NW corner and has not damaged any trusses.
The county made the decision to red tag home based solely on the outside view without actually inspecting Home.
Vacant for 18 years, maybe longer.
Great neighbors and welcoming community, in truth they just want their neighborhood to be revived with quality home improvements and good neighbors. Located in the Sunfield Village limits within Lakewood School district.
Second there is a demo order that needs to either be completed or you can come see the property and house, and if you provide documentation to renovate due to it's integrity. Again it's in rough shape so if you don't fix houses this isn't worth the buy.
This is also a double lot as well on the corner of a dead end.
