"Lived in area 12 years it used to be “the hood” still has some of that here but not like before mostly safe but ladies stop jogging break of dawn or walking alone at night. Been more than 3 murders in the past 4 years within 5 min of this property and the crime type still has a presence here but that is what happens if you gentrify a area fast it takes time to change a whole area "

People take great pride in their homes and lawns, which makes the entire area feel beautiful and well cared for. It’s also very dog-friendly, and the walking trails surrounding the neighborhood are perfect for daily walks and getting outside. Our neighbors are polite, respectful, and the community is generally very quiet and peaceful. It’s been such a wonderful place to call home!"
