Platte Valley Elementary School in Sedgwick, Colorado provides its students with an invaluable learning experience. The school has a high degree of involvement with its parents and families. It is not uncommon at all to visit the school and witness a community member performing volunteer work at the school. The smaller class sizes at Platte Valley allow a good amount of one-on-one instruction not found in larger schools. A small school that focuses on academics in a friendly atmosphere. It is not your typical social environment, it considers a students value as a person and not by the color of their skin or the clothes they wear. The faculty is down to earth, no god complexes to bog down learning.
