Description

SALE PENDING! This home is loaded with features that make it both beautiful and livable. As you approach the front door you see the arch theme that is carried throughout the house and the first of three large fan lights that contribute to the home's feeling of openness. Entering the front door you enter a foyer with a 12 foot ceiling and beautiful up-scale chandeliers. When entering the family room the first thing you notice is the 16 foot cathedral ceiling with a fanlight at one end to gather in sunlight. The family room has a built in entertainment center and a gas fireplace with blower and marble surround. From the family room you enter the master bedroom at the back of the house. The master bedroom also has a cathedral ceiling and a fan light. The master also has a small office attached to it with built in desk and storage cabinets that match all the other cabinetry in the home. The master bath has dual sinks, a built-in makeup table, a jetted tub, separate shower, private water closet and access to the walk-in closet. Returning to the foyer and entering the hallway, you find the coat closet and door to bedrooms 2 and 3 and the hall bath. Bedroom 2 has a cathedral ceiling, bay window, in-room private vanity, and private access to the hall bath's water closet and bathtub. Bathroom 3 has a giant closet that almost can be called a walk-in. All bedrooms have blackout accordion pleated mini-blinds and ceiling fans. The hall bath has dual vanities and separate water closet and bathtub. Entering the kitchen from the foyer, on the left you see the food preparation area with two islands, one stationary and one that rolls. The appliances are all GE Profile series. The cook-top is gas and has five burners. The wall oven has both a conventional oven and a convection oven. The microwave is an Advantium model that can do almost anything. The refrigerator will convey with the house. The sink, dishwasher and trash compactor are in the stationary island, and faces the sunny breakfast nook that has windows on three sides. The sink has instant 190 degree water for making tea and a garbage disposal that is specially designed for septic systems. Also in the kitchen is a built-in desk. The kitchen has lots of counter and cabinet space and includes a pantry with pull out storage drawers. The rolling island matches the kitchen's cabinetry and countertops. The dining room is also accessible directly from the family room. The dining room has a three tiered tray ceiling, moldings and a chair rub rail. Both the family room and the dining room have direct access to the sunroom through three sets of French doors with transom lights. The sunroom also has three skylights and three sets of custom sliding glass doors that open onto the rear deck. From the sunroom there is also direct access to the back hallway. The back hallway gives access to the stairway to the 500 sf recreation room that is over the three car garage, the garage, the powder room and the laundry. The recreation room has a closet so that it could be used as a fourth bedroom and walk-in access to the attic. The garage is finished and has extra electric outlets around the walls. There is a separate circuit for the freezer (conveys). Additionally, the garage has an electric lift that can easily hold a half dozen bicycles and pick them up out of the way. The laundry has built-in storage cabinets and the washer and dryer (convey). As for flooring, the bedrooms, closets and recreation room are carpeted, the master bath is tiled, and everywhere else, including the hall bath and powder room, have hardwood floors. In the back yard there is an 8' X 16 garden shed that has the same siding, windows, doors, and shingles as the main home. The shed has electricity and in the shed is an Ariens 42' riding mower that was new in 2015 and will convey with the house, as will some of the other lawn and garden tools. Behind the garage is a 15KW whole home backup generator.
