Near Lake Nona, Publix Supermarket, and schools and restaurants. 30 minutes to the airport, 35 minutes to Disney, and 55 minutes to Melbourn Beach.

The owner pays for water and the tenant pays a $200 flat fee for electricity. Tenant pays gas for cooking.
