This 2 bedroom apartment is super-centrally located in Clifton Heights on Warner Street near Stratford Avenue. Convenient to UC and the shops on McMillan and Calhoun. The UC Shuttle stops across the street for a quick and comfortable ride to UC. The apartment includes 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and a good-size kitchen which includes a dishwasher. There is central A/C to stay cool all summer. There is NO living room, just the bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. There is a laundry facility in the basement. This is a non-smoking building. A cat as a pet is possible, with a small additional fee. The apartment is available starting August 1. Lease could start in mid-July (partial month pro-rated.) The rent is $698 per month.
