What I love about this home
Lovely neighborhood and park-like backyard. On-trend decor throughout; easy floor plan; kitchen flow makes meal prep easy, even for many helpers; full laundry room with w/d hook ups and storage; 2 large, deep storage closets with clothes hanging rods in back hall; each bedroom has large closet with double doors; hall bath has ample counter top, towel hooks and bars, deep storage closet, shower in tub, and good amount of storage in drawers of base cupboards; front bedroom has ensuite 1/2 bath. Newer refrigerator, stove, and furnace/AC. Excellent upkeep to entire property. Wide driveway to park 2 vehicles easily, but No RV's or semi truck cabs permitted. 1 year lease. Rent payment not to exceed 30%percent of monthly household income. Income must be verified. Tenant pays all utilities.
