There is a ramada over the trailer to protect it in the winter months and a huge shed for storage. This property is remote (no utilities or cell reception), yet less than an hour drive from Reno. HOA collectively own a 20 acre parcel for community access to a potable year round artesian spring. Great for summer activities: camping, quad or motorcycle riding, biking, fishing, boating, water skiing, etc. In Winter: snowmobiling, cross country skiing or ice fishing. Seasonal access due to the heavy snow in the winter. Part of the property is on the other side of Dixie Valley Rd. Percolation test on file.
