  • William H. C.

"I have family that lives in this neighborhood. The neighbors are nice and friendly and it’s peaceful and quiet. "
  • kelleywheel7
"No through traffic on this road, ends in cul-de-sac. Neighbors are friendly, but mind their own business. Trees provide shade in the summer heat."
  • apdclemons
"Quiet streets. Friendly neighbors. Well-maintained area."
  • folkbeat
"This area is truly one of the best places to live in Sumter County. Hidden back in an area that doesn’t look like a neighborhood Historic Hills is beautiful, low traffic, great landscaping, and a wonderful place to live. Only 10 miles from Sumter and 3 miles from Shaw Air Force Base."
  • Carmella M.
"My husband and I lived in this neighborhood for 10 years; six of which he was stationed at Shaw AFB. I also worked on Shaw as a civilian. It was very convenient for both of us commuting to and from work. The area is so close to the base that you can go home for lunch if you desired. We always had nice and friendly neighbors that took care of their property. I do not understand why this home has not sold. There has only been one couple that resided at this home whose children were adults and did not live with them. Therefore, the home was kept in immaculate condition and the couple regularly upgraded and maintained the property."
