The spacious dining room and breakfast nook, with butler's pantry and built-in display nooks, are right around the corner. An amazing covered porch is off the dining room and living room with brick arches, classic Southern haint blue ceiling, and iconic cracked terracotta floor. The kitchen is in the rear of the home and has exterior access for homeowner ease, laundry room accessibility, and a large pantry right around the corner! A convenient full bath is located on the main level and boasts of period-era ceramic tile and cast-iron tub.
