Description

This lot is an excellent flat lot that is a perfect rectangle on the corner of 6th St and Ave C. The lot spans half the block from Ave C to the alley. 140’ x 75’ (10,500 sqft).
New address with markers on four corners. 305 6th st was originally 303 6th and Ave C but was all combined and was changed by SPAG to more accurately update the address for 911. ALL utilities in place and ready to build or move in a trailer right away. There was a mobile home on it at one time. As for as we know there are no building restrictions but check with permit office. New large mailbox ($400) was recently put in.
Ralls is a very friendly small town in the heart of cotton country. 30 minutes to Lubbock. The neighbors across 6th st are a couple with grown children and are super nice. Never met the other neighbor. You can get to the lot via Ave C and be on pavement the whole time but for some reason 6th st isn’t paved.
