I love my cozy trailer! It has great details inside and I love my garden tub! It's a must see if you are looking for a mobile home! We are leaving the living room furniture including a recliner, all the appliances, living room end tables, coffee table, and a smart television. The roof was replaced two years ago. The stove is nearly brand new. It has a glass cooktop. It has an updated walk in shower in the master bathroom. There are no HOA fees, but monthly lot rent of $422.00. There is also an application process with the park. The trailer is 14"x76". The shed is 14"x10" barn shaped with a work bench and two lofts. The deck has two safety lights for two electrical outlets and a skylight.

Traffic is non existent and neighborhood is quiet. Traveling to local restaurants and entertainment is easy and within ten minutes. Commute to PHILADELPHIA and airport is approximately one hour. Traveling during summer travel and holiday weekends is painful on 95 and surrounding roads with influx and outflux of people traveling. "
