Laundry room with washer and dryer (provided as-is). Large 780 square foot detached garage. Electricity, garbage, and internet/TV are tenant's responsibility, but this home is on a septic and has a private well so there's no water nor sewer bill. Yard care (mowing and weeding) is the tenant's responsibility so you'll need your own equipment and be committed to keeping the yard looking nice, or be willing to pay someone else to do it if you can't. One small dog is possible with additional $500 security deposit and $20 per month in pet rent. First and last month's rent and security deposit required upfront. We are looking for long-term, responsible tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least $3,300 per month. Married couples can combine income to qualify but single adults need to qualify separately. We do not accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports.

    "This area is a fairly quiet place to live. The area is far enough away from downtown to not be congested, but close enough to be convenient to all major shopping on Washington ST. There is a local neighborhood park nearby, and although Fifth Ave is used as a shortcut to Sequim AVE, it's manageable. Really, this area is okay for anyone, but they should be open minded for young families and/or families with young children as the area seems to have quite a few."
