  • Gabbydowning77
"We don’t have any in our neighborhood but the appleumpkin festival downtown is great! It only happens in the fall of course but I look forward to it every year"
  • CJ
"There are no leash laws. Also, there’s a great dog park at Cal Zorn along with the fact that dogs are welcome on the trails by the old community center and many local businesses are kind enough to put out water bowls for thirsty pups out for a walk. "
  • Sky.simple
"Clean, beautiful restored homes, great schools. All the neighborhoods are homes from colonial times, history is rich. Many families who are hard working blue collars, respect from neighbors and strangers alike. "
  • Andrew H. (. D.
"I’ve spent almost 30 years around this town, and I can say that it is a town for those who like a peaceful quiet day to day life. It’s not to say you don’t have neighbors. Everyone is simply polite to everyone else, yet minds there own business, and contribute to maintaining a clean city image as well as numerous volunteer activities to help others around town. It is an old town full of a lot of history that it’s people take pride in representing. Numerous historical markers are scattered throughout the town despite its petite size. Lack of major corporate development project have kept the town small, making its much more affordable neighbor to the south, Adrian the go-to destination for major retail locations. This has contributed to keep poverty rates in Tecumseh much lower than average as low income families are more likely to be forced into an area that is closer to their job and affordable shopping."
  • Judy P.
"Events, parades, movies in the park, festivals. Lots of community involvement and participation. Safe, fun, helpful!"
  • Kyle R.
"Quiet. Lots of places to walk. Everyone has their dogs out during walks. We recently moved in because of how safe and the small town feel. "
  • Mark P.
