"Loads of dogs. It seems like everyone has a dog or two. Always dogs at the parks in the area. The businesses are fairly dog friendly."
  • Tyrus.tillman

"I live in a subdivision called Manchester. Crime is low, houses are well maintained (HOA), it’s quiet, and neighbors are friendly"
  • Delldjandjackie400
" This is a great area to live in. I really enjoy my neighbors as well as the weather here in this area. I would recommend help to any person that is looking for a place to live again thank you. The dogs in the neighborhood are on a leash and neighbors. do a good job controlling their pets. "
  • Uzamaki.que
"You just need to train the dog and get a fence. The dogs are small and nice. The bigger dogs are pit bulls."
  • Delldjandjackie400
"The neighborhood that I live in, it’s a good neighborhood. I really appreciate my friends and family. It is a safe neighborhood as in my immediate community. We have little to know incidents I have neighbors who I don’t have a problem with asking a favor to watch my home, pick me up from an appointment, etc."
  • Delldjandjackie400
"My neighborhood is a great neighborhood. I really enjoy living here. I would recommend it for anyone that was looking for a place to raise a family and would also submit that the main rose could benefit from having a sidewalk or bike trio again it is an awesome neighborhood to be in I would say the only issue is people need to park their vehicles on the road, but parked in their driveways if they don’t have enough room in their driveway, then they need to pour some more concrete."
  • Adrianne Scurry
"It looks well kept and quiet. I ride through there sometimes when coming from Augusta and yes the people are very friendly…."
  • Lisa Baity
"Nice quiet upscale neighborhood in south Augusta. Lot size and houses are good size People keep their houses and yards nice. "
  • Trulia User
"what are the cimmunity events that make your neighborhood special all the time. park, dog park, events"
  • Rob B.
"Must have your own transportation. nothing is in walking distance. Uber is available. Traffic is pretty heavy in the area too so walking is not recommended. "
  • Christina S.
"Owners can walk there dogs and not be bothered. It is a neighborhood that people keep to themselves but are friendly otherwise."
  • Geraldine T.
"Neighbors seem quiet; to themselves. No noise. Friendly. Haven't seen any dogs running the neighborhood. The neighbor is not as clean as it could be."
  • Kimberly H.
"I’ve lived here for four years and it’s nice to see more homes coming. It means the area is growing and change is coming. "

"there are stray dogs running around all the time. some are not so friendly. lots of people do not take care of there dogs "
  • Trip
"Don’t know what they or would not like I don’t own a dog there are no community rules or regulations dog wonder free from time to time no park for animals "
  • Sabrina W.
"horrible neighbor Hood full of thieves and criminals. regular drug deals on the daily. your neighbors are drug addicts that ask for money constantly. it is extremely unsafe"
  • Jdharri
"Quiet, friendly people who look out for each other, and want to maintain the atmosphere of safety. Neighbors check on each other. Hephzibah is outside of the Augusta consolidated government and has its own city services. The fire/police personnel are extremely responsive, less than 5 minutes, and often less than 3. They are fair, and caring. The city leadership are also friendly and easy to run into at the grocery store. Great place to live and raise a family. The area is growing, but they seem to be trying to keep in touch with the quiet country feel."
  • Jpharden10
"The commute is quite long to Evans or Grovetown, but downtown Augusta and base are near by. Living where it’s safe and quiet is worth the 30 minute commute into the city if you ask me. Folks around here are friendly and we look out for one another. "
  • Gapeach2323
"McBean has several close places you can reach quickly. Typically you are looking at a thirty minute drive to reach anything other then small stores."
  • Jessica
" I lived here for 7 years. no problems, its very quiet other that cars and services cars love it "
  • Ajalonzo400 4. c.
"This is a very quiet neighborhood. I've never had any problems in the 4 yrs that I lived there. Most people keep their yards up and the kids are usually in the house after dark. I was very comfortable here!"
