Building was constructed in 1976 and sits on a solid concrete foundation. West facing wall was replaced about 5 years ago, roof was completely replaced in 2008 and front stairs on both sides and walkway were removed and replaced around 2010. Approximately 50% of windows in building have been replaced in the last 10 years. Almost all lights in apartments and common area have been replace with LED lights. Light bulbs don't have to be replaced and lights don't burn out.
Mgr. has been in place for 15 years and many tenants are long term. 8 units are currently paying $1,000 a month, mgr. pays $550, one unit is in eviction process, one is being re-built, and last unit should be rented 2/19.

    "Wishkah Washington has a Aberdeen address but its 10 miles and further north of Aberdeen beautiful area and you feel safe here wonderful people lived here 13 years we have a school with under 200 children in k-5 through 12th grade we have a small country store for emergencies ..also have groceries delivered from Aberdeen if we need to a great place to live but not a lot of properties go up for sale "
