About this House

Rare ground floor unit available! Newer laminate flooring throughout large living room and hallway, carpet in both bedrooms. One bedroom is average sized the other is much larger. Both have double closets. Tub and shower in bathroom. Lights throughout apartment are all newer LED fixtures- no need for bulb changing! Laundry room with coin ops is right outside your door, as is your mail box. Parking in rear. First, last, and non-refundable move-in fee of $1000 each due at move-in. No, I won't "work with you" if you don't have enough money.

Owner pays water, sewer and garbage. There is plenty of off street parking available to tenants of 303. We have a no smoking in the units policy.
Assuming verbal interview goes well I'll be happy to show the unit. IF YOU HAVE REFERENCES, BE SURE AND BRING THEM ALONG. Ditto with a credit report, although I reserve the right to run one through WLA, which I will pay for.
