Teachers bully students on a daily basis! The district has guidelines for filing complaints and scheduling hearings but simply ignore them and move on. The district doesn't uphold the process and procedures they have set, and neither do the schools. It's a free-for-all with an embarrassing academic performance and an obscene level of violence and drugs. Please consider another district for your children!

I attended Taylor Elementary from 2000-2005 and had a wonderful experience as a child. However, my experience as a parent has been vastly different. Unfortunately, the school has changed for the worse.I've had several issues with the principal and teachers, who seem unresponsive to concerns. When attempting to address issues, the principal often avoids meetings and deflects responsibility.Some concerning issues include:Favoritism towards students who excel academically, leaving struggling students behindLack of patience and support from teachers for students needing extra helpBlaming parents for students' struggles instead of taking responsibilityAggressive attendance policies, with excessive harassment when children are absent due to illnessAs someone who once cherished their time at Taylor Elementary, it's disheartening to see the decline in administration and teaching quality. I hope the school will take steps to address these concerns and provide a better education and experience for its students.

Great school better then the charter school
