The back porch looks at a beautiful stand of oaks, a water feature and rock formations. Wildlife visits often. There is a 30 amp. RV hook up and the home is wired for a generator. Bear Valley Springs is a gate-guarded, 25,000-acre mountain community with 110 miles of paved roads and a fifth of the community is set aside for open space. Amenities include golf, tennis, the use of two lakes, a 47-acre equestrian center with multiple arenas, 35 miles of dedicated trails (also used for hiking), two campgrounds, indoor work-out center, sauna, spa, Olympic-size pool, country club and more. Kern County fire department and our own police department are also part of our community.

My child spent 2 years there and in his second year he was coming home with bruises. No one would investigate who was hurting him and all of the adults claimed no one saw how he was getting these bruises. If you have a special needs child this not a safe environment.
