Several schools bus for area schools pick up near the house including Proctor School buses.
Heat, water, sewer, electric are paid by the tenant. Trash and wifi are paid for by the landlord. The heat, water, and sewer run about $150-160 a month with budget billing and electric is around $60, but depends on the tenant's usage.
There is ample street parking as the house is on a corner lot.
