Unit has washer/dryer hookups in back part of house.Front yard landscaping paid by owner. Tenant pays for all utlities, 25% of the water & trash is charged back to the tenant for useage. My child spent 2 years there and in his second year he was coming home with bruises. No one would investigate who was hurting him and all of the adults claimed no one saw how he was getting these bruises. If you have a special needs child this not a safe environment.

"It’s a very small quite town with very little activity but some old attractions around the town of tehachapi. It’s air is clean as well "
