    "I live on the opposite side of the bay from Cushing and drive through/visit friends. It’s a very pretty part of Maine with woods and shoreline, some lovely old houses (mostly well maintained) and farms. A charming little country store provides staples, a nice produce section, a little pizza and deli, and Shane’s of Maine ice cream. Not far from Rockland and Camden to the north and Damariscotta to the south."
