IF LEASING FOR A YEAR OR LONGER THEN UTILITIES (water, electricity, gas, trash, recycling, composting) WILL BE EXCLUDED OPTIONALLY EXCLUDED AND RENTAL RATE ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY. PLEASE INQUIRE FOR CURRENT RATE.
Lease Duration can be from 3 months to 1 year with the option to extend.
NO Pets or animals of any kind are allowed to stay on the premises. There is not a fenced in backyard. We take the no pet policy seriously. Contact us before booking to notify us of any support animals. If a pet is in the home, there will be $400 fee plus $150 for each day on the reservation, along with additional cleaning/replacement fees.
NO Smoking inside and around the premises.
We live next door. Please, no loud parties that would negatively impact our neighbors, whom we love. Our back yards are open and joined, and you have access to our garden. But we kindly request guests do not wander around the home we live in.
Suitable for babies and children. Non ADA accessible entrance, 4 total steps to enter from driveway.
Washer & Dryer in home.
Parking for 2 cars in drive way and free street parking.
Please provide a confirmed phone number, email address, payment information, and agreement to our house rules.
Tenant will be required to keep the home clean, undamaged and free from pests due to untidiness. Tenant will be required to bring their own trash bins to the curb on designated Resource Recovery (Trash/ Recycling) days.
Last months rent security deposit and non-refundable $350 cleaning deposit.
