Located at 5000 feet with beautiful views, woodburning fireplace, all new appliances and interior redone within last 6 years. All view photos are taken from the middle deck. Front outside was just renovated this week (June 24, 2017). It is a corner unit with no neighbors to the right of unit as it is a dedicated open area, new windows and doors, partially furnished, 3 levels, top is all master bedroom and bath only, master is over 25 feet long; new water heater and installed water cut off to protect pipes in winter when away. Great for short and long term rental; selling below purchase price. I lived in this home full time this year and the roads are cleared quickly and often during snow/ice weather. Gorgeous views and very quiet neighborhood. You will see I paid $175.000 and only asking $159,9000 now. I have bought a new home on Beech. There is lots of storage space inside and out. It has an almost level (9 steps) entry and parking is right in from of entryway; space for several cars. Beech Mountain Club membership is current and available: Tennis, golf, pickeball, camp for kids; skiing, bridge, heated pools; fitness room; fitness classes
