About this House

Fantastic opportunity to own a well maintained 3 unit mixed use property featuring both residential and commercial income. The first floor is occupied by a neighborhood convenience store, providing steady foot traffic and reliable rental income. The second floor offers a spacious updated three bedroom apartment, while the third floor features an updated one bedroom unit. Both residential units are currently vacant, allowing flexibility for an owner occupant or the ability to select a new tenant. Major improvements were completed in 2019, including a new roof and new siding, mostly new windows ensuring peace of mind for years to come. The building has separate utilities, with tenants paying their own heat, gas, and electric, minimizing owner expenses. There is also a one car garage. Ideal choice for an investor or owner occupant looking to live in one unit and let the other tenants pay the mortgage. A solid investment in a strong rental market!

"Very friendly.. very clean and mostly all neighbors say hello & wave. There’s no violence & my kids love it"
  • Trpdean
"It has tremendous public transportation. I've lived here more than 11 years. - I used to live in New York, San Francisco, Washington, Boston. Working in New York City (and more recently at home), I've NOT HAD TO BUY A CAR! The train station, bus stops, the supermarket, grocery store, barber shops, churches, a fishmonger, pizzerias, Chinese restaurants, bars - they're all walking distance from anywhere in Roselle and Roselle Park! And to New York City, there are not only only 3 stops on the train - and 40 minutes on one of the two bus routes that make their way through Roselle and Roselle Park, but to other nearby towns and cities, obviously it's even less time on the train or buses. (There are six bus routes through the town, taking you everywhere in Union County and beyond). And finally, if you do have a car, we're just off the Garden State Parkway. Add an enormous park with indoor ice skating arena, baseball diamonds, cricket grounds, a separate walled rose garden, a grove of trees planted in honor of George Washington almost 100 years ago - and playgroun"
  • Harvey M.

"Not good for families with kids. No good schools and playgrounds. No parks. Not safe. Do not recommend."
  • Jamaya W.
"The school system sucks, as in the board and the education itself. It’ll get your kid to graduate but not prepare you for college. "
  • Haneefahpaige
"I love it because it's quiet and the police make us feel safe. It's clean and it's convenient to food stores and church. I have no complaints except in winter time they can clean the snow on some streets better than they do."
  • Jamaya W.
"I lived here all my life and it’s quite peaceful compared to neighboring neighborhoods. The food places here aren’t so bad either but it’s a real small town "
  • Bryantwaverly
"I've lived in this neighborhood for over ten years, within that time I've only had 2 neighbors move out. Everyone knows I ge another and are quite amicable."
