Description

At just over 1,220 square feet, this two-bedroom, two-bath home - with a flexible dining alcove that easily converts to a third bedroom - gives you the kind of stretch-out space that’s genuinely hard to come by.

The apartment has been fully white-boxed and restored to a clean, design-ready state: refinished floors, fresh skim-coated walls, and all the unglamorous prep work already behind you. What remains is the part everyone actually enjoys - choosing the finishes that match your taste, your lifestyle, your version of home. And, a washer/dryer is permitted by the building for installation in the apartment,

Within Gramercy East, a respected full-service co-op, you’ll find a 24-hour doorman, elevator, fitness center, landscaped roof deck, laundry, bike storage, parking, and a live-in super. It’s a building known for solid service, steady management, and that rare sense of things simply running the way they should.

And then there’s Gramercy… historic, understated, and consistently desirable. A blue chip neighborhood where the tree-lined streets feel timeless, and yet you’re moments from Union Square, the Village, and multiple subway lines. It’s a pocket of Manhattan people dream about for good reason.

In short: a spacious, design-ready home in a full-service building within one of Manhattan’s most quietly coveted neighborhoods, and perfectly priced to let you create exactly what you want, without paying a premium for someone else’s taste.

A blank canvas this rare won’t wait. 4CD is pure possibility and someone’s going to claim it. If you’re ready for it to be you, email us today.

"The dog run is near and there is a great community of dog owners. We have a wonderful park and, by and large, courteous dog owners. "
  • Nicollcj
"In recent years we are known for high level of pedestrian injuries due to improper bike lane use, police cars parking illegally in the crosswalk making it harder to see the bikes, a terribly deteriorated local park, and bikes, motorbikes and scooters using the sidewalks at great speed, and lots of empty storefronts. It was once a great neighborhood. "
  • Seegerjennifer
