Only a 10 minute drive to snowbird, This home is mostly updated, it has new windows, furnace and appliances. Upstairs has 3 good sized bedrooms and and office which could be a 4th bedroom, and a large living room. The Basement has 1 smaller bedroom and an additional storage room that could also be a 6th bedroom, a family room, a bathroom and the laundry room. There is a covered patio and an uncovered patio with a Hot tub, tenant is expected to maintain hot tub (put chemicals in every few days). We are looking for a low Maintenance low fuss tenant, pets negotiable, smoking indoors will not accepted. Also there is a mother in law apartment attached to a part of the basement, you will not even notice them, they have their own driveway and everything.
