Dr. Frank Iber home designed by Frank Lloyd Wright (FLW)--One of three Usonian type homes built by Marshall Erdman and Associates. Completed in 1955, this 4 bed, 4 bath sandstone accent home has been perfectly preserved in its original splendor. Walk-out lower level has a wall of windows that face the picturesque views of the Little Plover River waterfalls and accesses the masonry patio. Lower level den with elegant built-in shelving adjoins the second "butler" kitchen and dining quarters. Frank Lloyd Wright adapted this home to the 3+ acre lot with gorgeous water views. His notorious signature "red glazed tile" is part of this estate. A portion of the cedar shake roof was replaced in 2012. From the soaring ceilings, to the massive stone fireplace this prestigious home is a marvelous display of historic architecture. This iconic work is a timeless treasure that sets a standard by which all modern design is benchmarked. Its value will only increase with the passing of time.

"The green circle trail is amazing. Little Plover Park is also great for hiking if you have dogs. People are fairly aware of leash laws and common courtesy when it comes to having their dogs out and about. "

"We have schools and Churches close by with a beautiful Plover River Park. Watch for wild deer roaming the streets. You feel like you're living in the country but you can get a pizza delivered to your house."

"This is a wonderful area that appeals to many different types of residents. Families love the schools and safe environment for kids. Retirees love the social activities, medical care and resources within the community. Couples and singles love the variety in entertainment such as hiking, Noel Performing Arts Center at UW-Stevens Point, camping at Lake Emily, boating on the Chain O'Lakes and so on. "
